Service Description

A Reiki session with Glaisle is a gentle, restorative experience designed to support your energetic, emotional, and spiritual well‑being. Each appointment begins with a short review and signing of release forms, followed by a conversation about what you’re hoping to receive from the healing—whether relaxation, clarity, grounding, or energetic balance. This helps Glaisle tune the session to your needs. Once you’re settled comfortably, Glaisle channels Reiki energy through light, non‑invasive hand placements. The healing space is intentionally calming, often incorporating soft Reiki music, crystals, incense, a pendulum, or Reiki cards to encourage deeper energetic flow and relaxation. You are welcome to rest, meditate, or simply allow yourself to drift during the session. After the healing, Glaisle will briefly chat with you about your experience, any sensations or insights that arose, and simple practices you can do at home to continue supporting your system. Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned. To help your body integrate the healing, it’s recommended that you plan something restful afterward—quiet time, journaling, gentle self‑care—and drink plenty of water to support energetic and physical detoxification. Each session is unique, but the intention is always the same: to offer a nurturing, peaceful space where your energy can rebalance and your spirit can settle into ease.
